All services are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

4. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Securing login credentials
• All activities conducted under your account

HTH Tours reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier updates.
• Full payment or partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallet Payments, Bank Transfer.
• HTH Tours shall not be responsible for failed transactions caused by payment gateways, banks, or technical issues.

6. Booking Confirmation

• Booking confirmations are subject to seat availability, hotel inventory, and supplier approval.
• A confirmation email or invoice shall serve as proof of booking.
• HTH Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or official communication channels. Cancellation charges depend on airlines, hotels, transport operators, and package policies. Cancellation fees may vary depending on:

• Date of cancellation
• Destination
• Peak season bookings
• Supplier-specific policies

Certain bookings may be fully non-refundable. No refund shall be provided for unused services after commencement of the tour.

8. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable time period.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
• Service charges, convenience fees, visa fees, and processing charges may be non-refundable.
• Refunds for partially used services are generally not permitted.

9. Rescheduling & Modifications

Any request for date changes, name corrections, itinerary modifications, or hotel changes shall be subject to supplier approval and additional charges.

10. Travel Documentation

Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid:

• Passport
• Visa
• Government-issued ID
• Travel permits
• Vaccination certificates

HTH Tours shall not be liable for denied boarding, visa refusal, immigration issues, or losses arising from incomplete documentation.

11. Visa Disclaimer

Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. HTH Tours:

• Does not guarantee visa approval
• Is not responsible for delays or rejection
• Shall not refund visa processing charges after application submission

12. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Coverage may include:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Loss of baggage
• Flight delays
• Personal accidents

HTH Tours shall not be liable for claims rejected by insurance providers.

13. Hotel Policy

Hotels are subject to their own policies regarding check-in/check-out timings, extra bed charges, child policies, damages and misconduct. Customers shall be responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.

14. Flight & Transportation Disclaimer

HTH Tours acts only as a booking intermediary for airlines, railways, bus operators, and transport providers. We are not responsible for:

• Flight delays
• Rescheduling
• Cancellations
• Missed connections
• Overbooking
• Baggage loss

Such matters are governed by the respective service provider.

15. Tour Conduct

Customers are expected to maintain proper behavior during tours. HTH Tours reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour without refund if they:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Cause disturbance
• Endanger other travelers
• Damage property
• Violate local laws

16. Health & Medical Conditions

Travelers must disclose any serious medical conditions before booking. HTH Tours shall not be liable for medical emergencies, health complications, or injuries during travel. Travelers are advised to carry necessary medications and medical documents.

17. Force Majeure

HTH Tours shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Pandemic outbreaks
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest
• War or terrorism
• Strikes
• Technical failures

18. Intellectual Property Rights

19. User-Generated Content

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.

26. Amendments to Terms

HTH Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between HTH Tours and the user regarding use of services and supersede prior agreements or communications.
