TOUR AMENDMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY REFUND POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of car rental tour/travel plan/bookings due to any reason, please inform us in writing at booking@hthrooms.com. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your cancellation request in writing. The cancellation charges vary depending on the time period left prior to arrival and are as follows:

Cancellation requests received 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 20% of the Tour/Service Cost as cancellation charges.

Cancellation requests received between 15 - 30 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the Tour/Service Cost as cancellation charges.

Cancellation requests received between 10 - 15 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 70% of the Tour/Service Cost as cancellation charges.

Cancellation requests received 10 days or less before the tour start will incur a penalty of 100% of the Tour/Service Cost as cancellation charges.

The refund amount will be processed within 15 working days.
