Tour Itinerary

DAY 1

Arrival | Guwahati - Kaziranga
Arrive at Guwahati Airport / Railway station. From the airport, you will be travelling to Kaziranga. On theway visit Maha Mrityunjay temple and Kaziranga viewpoints. Then check in hotel. Evening enjoy cultural activities in Kaziraga orchid park. Overnight at Kaziranga.

DAY 2

Kaziranga National Park Sightseeing Transfer to Shillong
Early morning 5.30AM Enjoy Elephant ride (Optional). After breakfast 2.30 hrs. enjoy jeep safari in park. Check out from the hotel proceed to Shillong on the way vicit Umiam Lake (Barapani) while travelling from Guwahati to Shillong, capturing its mesmerizing beauty it has to offer, we shall move forward. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Shillong.

DAY 3

Shillong - Cherrapunjee
After breakfast Get transferred to Cherrapunjee. On the way, visit the breathtaking, Elephanta falls, Mawkdok Dympep Viewpoint. After this, grasp a stunning view of Nohkalikai falls, the Garden of caves, Arwah Caves for a distinct experience and Seven Sisters’ fall if time permits. Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee (Sohora)

DAY 4

Cherrapunjee - Nongriat Trek – Cherrapunjee
After breakfast proceed to Tyrna village. Start the trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge (Nongriat) and Rainbow falls with the local guide. Climb up the 3500 steps to end the hike at the same village by evening. Overnight at Cherrapunjee (Sohora)

DAY 5

Cherrapunjee - Mawlynnong - Dawki
After breakfast drive to Mawlynnong (110 km/ 02 ½ hrs drive), which is the cleanest village in Asia.Later, trek to visit the Single Decker Living Root Bridge in Riwai village. Visit Balancing Rock post this to Dawki where you can do boating in crystal clear waters of Umngot River. Overnight Shnongpdeng/Dawki.

DAY 6

Shnongpdeng/Dawki - Jowai – Shillong
Wake up to see the beauty of East Khasi Hills, and have Breakfast. Visit to Indo-Bangla border then you can do multiple adventure activities (on your own) like Kayaking, Boating, Zip lining, Cliff jumping, etc over here. Start for Jowai to visit India's most magical waterfall: Krang Suri Waterfalls. Get drenched and swim in the natural pools. Travel back to Shillong after witnessing this attractive place. Overnight stay at Shillong

DAY 7

Departure | End of the Trip
Vehicle will be placed for pick up at 7:00 AM, bag drop and Start your journey toward Guwahati by 7:30 AM, head to Kamakhya Temple. (Depending on Flight timimg) now, prepare to transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station. Have a great journey towards your hometown.

Important Notes:

1. Kaziranga Safari Timing & Permit
Safari is conducted in designated zones and requires advance booking and valid ID proof. Jeep safaris are best done in the early morning or late afternoon.
2. Weather & Clothing
The region experiences unpredictable weather. Carry light woollens, rain protection, and comfortable walking shoes, especially for Meghalaya treks.
3. Mobile Network & Connectivity
Some areas, especially in Meghalaya (like Dawki, Mawlynnong), may have poor or no mobile network. Inform your family beforehand.
4. Respect Local Culture & Nature
Many locations, including sacred groves and tribal villages, require respectful behaviour. Avoid littering and always follow local customs.
5. Travel Essentials
Carry original ID proof, personal medication, and a small backpack for day trips. Power banks and torches are recommended for remote areas.
6. Road Travel Advisory
The tour includes hilly terrain and long drives. Motion sickness medicine, water bottles, and light snacks are advisable for comfort during travel.
