DAY 1
Day 01: Dibrugarh – Roing
Your journey begins from Dibrugarh as you head towards Roing, entering the scenic landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh. En route, cross the iconic Bhupen Hazarika Setu (Dhola–Sadiya Bridge), one of the longest river bridges in India, offering wide views of rivers and open valleys. As you move ahead, the region introduces you to the land of the Mishmi tribes, believed to have roots dating back to ancient times. By evening, arrive in Roing and relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overnight stay in Roing.
DAY 2
Day 02: Roing – Hayuliang (via Parasuram Kund)
Your day starts with a scenic drive towards Hayuliang, passing through lush greenery and river valleys. On the way, visit the sacred Parasuram Kund, a holy pilgrimage site set along the Lohit River. You may also experience light adventure activities like river rafting depending on conditions. Reach Hayuliang, known for the beautiful confluence of rivers and untouched natural beauty. Overnight stay in Hayuliang.
DAY 3
Day 03: Hayuliang – Walong
Your journey continues towards Walong, one of the easternmost towns of India. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, Walong offers a raw and peaceful Himalayan experience. Visit the historic Walong War Memorial, which honors the bravery of Indian soldiers. You can also relax near the natural hot springs, known for their soothing properties. Overnight stay in Walong.
DAY 4
Day 04: Walong – Dong Village Exploration
Your day begins with an early excursion to Dong Village, famously known as the place where the first sunrise in India can be witnessed.Surrounded by mountains and quiet valleys, the experience feels truly special and untouched. Later, return to Walong and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing or exploring nearby areas at your own pace. Overnight stay in Walong.
DAY 5
Day 05: Walong – Tezu
Your day begins with a return drive towards Tezu, another scenic town nestled along the Lohit River. The journey offers beautiful views of rivers, valleys, and forested landscapes. Tezu, being the district headquarters, blends natural beauty with a small-town charm. After arrival, relax and unwind. Overnight stay in Tezu.
DAY 6
Day 06: Tezu – Dibrugarh
Your journey continues back towards Dibrugarh, often called the tea hub of India. On the way, pass through Namsai and surrounding regions, enjoying the changing landscapes from hills to plains. Upon arrival, the evening is free for rest or personal activities. Overnight stay in Dibrugarh.
DAY 7
Day 07: Departure
Your journey comes to an end today. After breakfast, transfer to Dibrugarh Airport for your onward journey, carrying beautiful memories of this unexplored Arunachal experience.
